Last weekend proved to be a frustrating weekend at the track. After finally diagnosing handling issues, the Grant Kenens piloted sprint car stalled during feature lineup. The problem was later found to be a failure of the magneto.
Kenens Racing Team Competes at Anderson, Plymouth
The Kenens Racing team, with driver Grant Kenens, brought the car home in one piece after races on two consecutive weekends. At Anderson, the team brought home a 19th place feature finish, and 15th at Plymouth. Both events served as a great time to work out the bugs of the new equipment, and the new driver. Next on the schedule is Angola Motor Speedway on Friday, July 3rd.
K9 Car Brings Home Win!
As the 2009 racing season begins to unravel, Kenens Racing Dirt Division Owner/Driver Ray Kenens brought home a strong win Saturday, May 30. The K9 crossed the finish line first at Kamp Motor Speedway in Boswell, Indiana. The event was sanctioned by the SCORA Sprint Series & a CONGRATULATIONS goes out to Ray and his entire crew!
